ADDRESS THE DESIGN, COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION OF YOUR PLANT WITHOUT RISKS
Optimize processes and make the best decisions without affecting your physical installation, through simulation
Industrial facilities and power plants face a large number of operational challenges on day to day basis.
- Delays or cost overruns due to poorly sized equipment and systems.
- Contingencies in the commissioning and systems integration.
- Difficulties in achieving production targets caused by ineffective operations during transient or unforeseen events.
- Damage to equipment as a result of improper operation and/or maintenance.
- Problems with staff education and training.
Tecnatom simulations solutions allow you to have a global vision of what happens in your plant and help you to:
- Optimise procedures
- Anticipate what might happen
- Make informed decisions
- Train your staff
- Reduce costs

Digital Twin
The Digital Twin is a virtual replica of an installation or process that, combining design information, process data and capacity of simulation, make it possible to optimize the operation over the entire life-cycle. Tecnatom´s experience and Know-how position us as preferred partner for the development, implementation, and operation of a digital twin.
Full-scope simulator
Also known as a replica, they simulate plant processes and recreate with accuracy the control room environment at real scale as well as the emergency control room.
Full-scope simulators are used in operator training, in licensing processes and as a tool to support plant engineering through simulation.
Partial scope simulators (part-task simulators)
They are simulators that replicate with maximum loyalty a part or some process of an installation. The operator interface is a graphic environment (since the real environment doesn’t need to be replicated) and are used for training, engineering, emergency support or development of procedures.
Generic simulators
Generic simulators do not replicate a specific installation, but instead present a typical installation with synergies and similarities with a wide variety of sites. Therefore, they are a versatile, reusable and economic solution with a great potential in training, research and engineering support.
Basic principles simulators
These simulators allow practical training in physical fundamentals and engineering principles that governe different industrial processes and facilities.
Cloud Simulators
Cloud simulation rids the costs of HW and their maintenance as well as any problem related to the location of equipment.
And since it is a collaborative environment, it ease co-simulation: allows remote and delocalized work on the same platforms, even by integrating in the same environment.
Simulation services
We provide all kinds of services around simulation:
- Simulators Maintenance and upgrade
- RV/RA/RX simulators for local operations
- Simulation-assisted engineering (SAE)
