Helping your plant to achieve the metrological requirements
Instrument calibration is a highly significant activity that ensures that the instruments used to calibrate other second grade instruments, as well as those used for process control, are metrologically monitored and therefore provide readings that are in accordance with their specifications.
Our services consist of instrument calibration, as well as an on-site laboratory, with the aim of ensuring the metrological needs and requirements of our clients.
These activities are undertaken in compliance with the general UNE-EN 17025 “test and calibration laboratory competency” requirements, as well as with the ISO 9001 standards which determine the requirements needed for a “quality management system”.
In Tecnatom we provide various ENAC certified metrological services:
We calibrate absolute pneumatic pressure within a range of 10 Pa to 7MPa and relative pneumatic pressure within a range of 90kPa to 7Mpa. We also calibrate relative hydraulic pressure up to 142.6 MPa.
We are able to calibrate a large variety of instruments including transducers, transmitters, digital and analogue gauges.
We calibrate gas flow within a range of 0.006 l/min to 1000 l/min. We provide calibration services for meters, rotameters, laminar flow elements, mass flow meters, turbines and others.
We calibrate dry-bulb temperature within a range of 0 °C to 550 °C and we can also calibrate RTD, thermocouples, digital reading thermometers as well as other classes of instruments.
We also provide ENAC monitoring services:
The calibration of all types of hygrometers within a range of 5% to 95% of R.H.
The calibration of hot wire anemometers, Pitot tubes and others, with a range of up to 45 m/s.
