The mission of the Safety, Operation and Training Division (SOTD) is to contribute, through technology development and the application of its services, to providing the clients with a highly reliable organisation and personnel and the best resources to facilitate the operation of their facilities, ensuring improved safety and availability and economic efficiency.

In order to contribute to ensuring that electricity generating plants and other industrial facilities have optimally qualified operations, maintenance, engineering and technical support personnel whose performance serve to improve safety, availability and economic efficiency, TECNATOM provides overall training services in the following fields:

• Materials, non-destructive testing
• Human factors

• Organization of Training Centers
